The Foundations for Health course revolves around the 6 principles for long-term health (nourishment, sleep, movement, stress, environment, connection), and provides you with clarity towards your long-term well-being. Co-created in partnership with Meredith Mayo, MSW, it includes six virtual sessions with access to our group chat to ask all of your questions and connect with other course participants. We provide you with a folder of additional resources & recipes.
